“All video games” is a pretty broad qualifier. If you really mean all games as in, “all games ever made,” therein lies the trouble.
Videogame systems eventually become “legacy systems”…they are replaced with newer versions (as in the Nintendo GameCube replaced by the current Wii) or terminated outright (as in Sega’s DreamCast). When that happens, gaming review sites and such eventually cease mentioning these systems’ and their games.
For games of current/recent systems, your best bet are gaming sites like IGN (www.ign.com) and Gamespot (www.gamespot.com). You may have to hunt for a site with comprehensive lists of legacy systems…possibly a site dedicated to one particular system (as in a Super Nintendo site, for example).
