In my opinion they should be allowed time during the week acording to their grades or study habbits. With the new x-box 360 update you can set a timer for everyday of the week which will time your kids and will automatically shut down or alert them that their time is up. If you dont have a 360 you can just use a conventional timer or the timer on your oven.
Yes. I dont see why fathers want to limit the time their sons can play videogames. The best case would be signing him in a sport he likes, then you let him play all he want, i mean if he doesnt have any problems at school and does excercise, then why not let him do what he wants with his time??? i hate parents that in their effort to make a good son dont let him enjoy his life.
Unless your kid has an issue with his/her health or with school, there is no reason in putting a limit in his other activitys.
In fact you should lett him even if he has some issues, if thats what makes him/her happy then what authority you have to decide “how he/she should have fun”.

As long as they’ve finished with all their homework and chores.
