obliviolover235 asked:
I spend like all my money on video games, I had like 500 dollars and bought a 360 with it but it kept breaking so I bought a ps3 and know I just played a wii for the first time and loved it so know I want to sell my ps3 and get a wii oh and for that transition between a 360 and a ps3 I went in debt like 300 dollars, Lately I haven’t been enjoying playing my ps3 as much and when I played the wii it was so much fun. So first do you think I am wasting my time and or my money, and second do you think a wii would be better.

If you would rather work out while you play games then sell the PS3 and get a Wii. However the only thing you will be able to do on a Wii is to play games. (no dvds, blu-ray,etc.)

I also spend my money on video games. If you really like the Wii and dont care about good online play, graphics, movies, and the upcoming games for the PS3,then buy it.The Wii is fun,but for me,its kinda childish even though it has some(like 2) good shooters.I like more intense games like Resistance and Rainbow Six Vegas and Heavenly Sword.Im planning to buy it in December and get Warhawk to play online. That game rocks!!!!!!!!!!!

wii’s a the best, all the games are interactive (motion sensor), you get a free game with the system that is great for 2,3, or 4 players, save photos/movies to watch anytime, and make mii’s which are sweet. with a wireless Internet connection you can go on the Internet (it can do flash so youtube works), buy games from older systems, preview games that are coming out for the wii, check the weather, check the news, email friends and family, vote on topics that are given by other people using wii systems, and more overtime with updates.
ditch the psp and go for the wii. you will not regret it.

I am not impressed with the PS3 at all. I currently own an 360 and Wii. I don’t know how satisfied I would have been as more of a hardcore gamer with the Wii alone, hence I kept my 360. The Wii is awesome for bringing friends and family together! Though it is not the powerhouse the other two systems are, and can’t even play DVD’s, it has a lot of nice features that at the very least make it unique and fun. Virtual Console games have fulfilled some of my more hardcore needs through nostalgic hits, and the Zelda game is one of the better games I’ve ever played (I have yet to beat that). Metroid seems promising, but I haven’t played it yet. Some of the other games are great, like Paper Mario, but that’s not necessarily epic or intense.
To me the Wii is in a completely different class than the other two in more ways than one, but if that strikes your fancy, than go for it.
All I know is with Wii and 360 I am more than satisfied (pne of the reasons I haven’t beaten Zelda yet). Despite some hardware issues the 360 to me is much better than the PS3, and the Wii is a unique console that I’m glad to have, I just really can’t say if I would be satisfied with it alone. One last thought is that I actually lent my 360 out for the last few months, and I only missed it here or there, though I’m so glad to have it back, the HD is wonderful.
Oh, and thought the Wii is cheaper, I spent a small fortune buying additional Wiimotes and Nunchucks, but the games are cheaper. There’s pros and cons to everything in life, even videogames.

in my book it’s not a waste of money. whatever makes you happy is what you should spend your money on. now when you have bills to pay, that’s different, but….

no your not wasting your time i guess but you are
wasting your money if you get a wii beacuse the
PS3 has a blue ray player wich will replace DVDs
soon like mid 2008 and they well cost around $300-500
so keep the PS3 and dont get a wii unless you like
kid games.

personally i begged my parents for a wii for Christmas. and i got it. i thought the wii looked awesome but when i played for like a month i got so bored of it. i mean 1 the games r awful 2 any shooting games u wanna play such as call of duty is almost in possible to controll. On top of that the graphics are horrible. now i hate the wii and most of my Friends agree with me to. i think you should give the 360 an other changes. But u will not like the wii trust me. so no i dont think a wii would be better and yes your are wasting your money.
