A good beat maker should have some standard features available within easy reach. These include a 16-track sequencer. Each track should have its own volume control and any effect including filter envelopes, echo, reverb etc should be accessible to each individual track.

You will also want access to the beats per minute or BPM control. This is crucial naturally because each song, beat or mix will have a different tempo.

Above and beyond this, you’ll need your beat maker to have a straightforward export to mp3 button and lots of sounds for you to work with. Ensure the beat maker you purchase comes with plenty of sound files for you to play with and simple export options.

A good beat maker will also have some stand-alone features. This implies that you will be able to write a piano-key set which would let you write bass-lines, piano parts, guitar parts and synthesizer sounds, all without going to a 3rd party software. This makes the beat maker stand-alone and will permit you to provide the hook, verse and percussion parts all from one interface while doubtless providing a mix-down for final mastering. The best part is this can all be provided for slightly less than $40.

When writing a beat, it is always a good idea to start with the drum sounds or the percussion. You don’t have to close the percussion part, but adding the hi-hat, bass drum and sneer parts would be a smart idea. From there, you are able to add a hook, which can include a bass-line, synth-sounds, guitar parts for example. Don’t over complicate this part, just attempt to put some catchy notes together so that the listener wants to keep listening.

Beyond that, remember that writing a beat on a beat maker is going to be an organic process and the song should evolve over time. If you find that the song or hip-hop beat just isn’t going as planned don’t be scared to trash the project and start over . The point it that you don’t wish to be a perfectionist when writing music because this can ruin the creative flow and stop you from throwing out that amazing hook that’s everyone is waiting to hear.

Over the last few years, there have been toy crazes galore. From Tickle-Me-Elmos to Furbees, the technology with which toys are made is always improving. It seems as though every year, they come out with something that completely goes above and beyond what was released previously. This year, the mold has been broken with Zhu Zhu Pets.

These adorable little toys are made in the image of the average hamster, but without all the upkeep. They look and feel as though they are real, live hamsters, and yet they do not require being fed and watered. Best of all, the hamster will never die, so long as you continue to replace his batteries.

But is the Zhu Zhu pet hamster worth the hype? Surely one could see the pros in getting a pet of sorts for your little one that never soils the carpet or requires any real maintenance. But many are concerned that with a toy like this, it is actually neglecting to teach children the full responsibility called for in caring for an animal. The children cannot make a real connection with it so it doesn’t help develop a sense of responsibility.

A child will never be able to completely connect with a Zhu Zhu Pet as they could with a real pet hamster, or any pet for that matter. But that’s not what could be the toy’s real merit. This is a good step in between not having a pet and later having one with full responsibility. Caring, even in part, for a Zhu Zhu could inspire your child to be truly devoted to a real one.

You may feel that your young child is not capable of properly caring for a live hamster and end up hurting the creature. Yet your child clearly loves the thought of having his or her own pet to play with. With a Zhu Zhu pet, she can feel as though she has a hamster, without you worrying for its safety and well being. This can be a safe and happy compromise.

The cool thing about the Zhu Zhu pet is that it really is like having a hamster without the mess. From real hamster sounds, to an exploration mode similar to the behavior of real hamsters, this is the closest thing to having one. Along with the exploration, the hamster also features the “loving mode” which allows kids to hold their hamsters close and hear noises reacting directly to human contact that a real hamster would.

While it may true that Zhu Zhu pets are destined to be a passing flash in the pan like many others before it, they’re still wildly popular. Whatever your view on fads or if you don’t like real hamsters, or maybe your kids aren’t ready for real pets, they all are ready for a Zhu Zhu Pet as evidenced by the hundreds of thousands that have already been sold.

To fulfill their combat fantasies by role playing, hordes of people have been satisfied by airsoft. If you are seeking Rambo type situations and your dream of hiding in the bush and stalking your human prey then airsoft might be the game just for you.

Much resembling the paintball game, airsoft players are broken into teams and then sent out into wooded terrain to try and eliminate the players on the other team or teams. Surprisingly, the guns used in airsoft look and react just like real automatic weapons. This resemblance and near authenticity makes way for a superior role playing situation.

In similarity just like paintball team play airsoft have guns but the difference lies in that in regular paintball play the guns shoot small gel-like paint filled capsules and in airsoft the guns shoot small plastic BB like pellets that will do no harm to the individual and bounce off. Again similarly protective gear especially for the eyes is also required in airsoft just as in the case of paintball.

A direct bang into the eye by any flying object can be very unsafe and should be accepted earnestly so protective cover is needed in airsoft as well even though the airsoft pellets possibly be harmless to the body but eyes should be taken care off. Complete protection of eyes while playing airsoft games or paintballing can be attained by wearing eye protective covering. To wear a full paintball mask will be the best protection while playing either sport because it will protect the entire head in addition to as the area around the eyes.

Paintball has gained in popularity over the past few years airsoft too has grown substantially. Similarity is quite striking between the two so much so that if one is not familiar with them then he might confuse the two. Paintball airsoft also offers this type of combat role play in which just like regular paintball trekking through the woods, armed with rifles and other equipment are found.

Training with live ammo rounds or even blanks in areas that are difficult is avoidable and here the low impact of the airsoft pellets comes in handy. Participants train in real-life conditions and environments, when airsoft is used in this situation, which makes it possible for them to improve upon their fighting skills and to understand what combat is really like.

On the front of outdoor competitive sport paintball airsoft marks a relevant presence. Both games are acquiring people’s interest with paintball leading ahead. Out of the two, whatever you choose whether it is airsoft or paint ball, each sport is sure to give you a feeling of team spirit.

Usually it takes some time to layout the plan for combats and you will need to coordinate with other fellow players to defeat a certain enemy and win the quests. While your character might sustain injury from the combats, you must think fast and look for ways to protect your character from further injury. There are magic, spells and weapons available in Warcraft that helps you win the battle if you know how to use it.

Therefore, with excellent management and smart thinking, you will have to decide what items to bring along when your characters travel through the lands and cross the seas. If you haven’t introduced your child to the Leapfrog Imagination Desk yet, by all means wait no longer. For your child’s early development, there really isn’t an interactive toy that will give so much in return. If you want your preschool child to get a handle on some of the more intricate reading and math skills well before he or she starts her school career, why not make it fun?

Leapfrog has been an education innovator for many years now, bringing new concepts in reading and math skills to parents of preschoolers. The Leapfrog Imagination Desk is another advancement in interactive technology that blends the fun of achievement with the skills of the game that gets a child literally excited to learn. Young children willingly trade in the television for some time with their Leapfrog Imagination Desk Learning System.

There are more than– basic reading concepts that are introduced in the Leapfrog Imagination Desk system, each of which is derived from critical thinking skills. So, not only does the system teach your child important skills, but it teaches him or her to learn conceptually by thinking through the different exercises.

It’s been proven that regurgitation of information is not as solid when it comes to learning as critical thinking proves to be. Being able to think things through, recognize the skills necessary to complete the task at hand, and apply it elsewhere is the key to developing a solid education.

As an independent learning tool, the Imagination Desk comes with a prompt for more difficult concepts which help to guide children without offering them the “correct answer.” This helps them develop reasoning and deductive skills that can help them tremendously in the future. Self esteem is also elevated because your children are able to tackle these concepts independently.

The Leapfrog Imagination Desk helps to prepare your child for reading through various skills including differentiation of word lengths, revealing the beginning word sounds, identification of words they are familiar with, and sorting common words by varying category. It even works on the basic concept of reading from left to right to help kids grab every concept available to them. Your kids will learn to recognize the difference between a letter and a number, and even how to make sound substitutions in words.

The skills fostered by the Leapfrog Imagination Desk are essential for developing not just reading skills, but comprehension skills as well. By making the learning process fun and developing skill sets that build on each other, each preschooler is set up for success and can expect great achievements when used regularly. For any parent who has been trying to figure out how to help their child get ahead of the curve, the Leapfrog Imagination Desk is the best learning tool for doing so.

Other great products that can help your child, toddler, infant and even baby develop is Jacques the Peacock and the Musical table. They help basic senses develop, like hearing, sight and touch. They also develop simple problem solving and language skills.

Sidewalks of New York: A light hearted comedy in regards to the romantic entanglements of a group of New Yorkers. The film has an unmistakable Woody Allen type feel, although Burns’ script is no match for Allen. Cast includes Edward Bums, Rosario Dawson, Heather Graham, Stanley Tucci, David Krumholtz, Dennis Farina, Brittany Murphy, Callie Thome, and Aida Turturro. (107 minutes, 2001)

The Agronomist: A commanding, abrasive documentary picture of an intriguing individual, Jean Dominique, a leading Haitian figure and significant player in the nation’s battle for human being rights. The film offers observations into the affairs of state and history of Haiti in recent years. The focus of the movie is to give us a lucid image of one guy’s tough determination and large seated human rights beliefs, and his enthusiastic love for his country. The finale is shattering. (91 minutes, 2004)
