The Leading Man, British backstage show romance in regards to an American film megastar who seduces a playwright’s unhappy wife and his leading-woman mistress. When it might not make up its mind whether it’s a comedy tirade or a light thriller, it is still very hilarious stuff. Bon Jovi is excellent as the brash, unethical Yankee, and Galiena and Newton are fetching as the females snared in his web.
